(Worthy News) - The Planned Parenthood abortion provider has filed suit against The Church at Planned Parenthood (TCAPP) in Spokane, Wash. for being too loud and harming their clients, Fox News reports. Its website explains that TCAPP is not a protest but “a gathering of Christians for the worship of God... and repentance of our blood guiltiness in this abortion holocaust.” TCAPP holds a service once a month, including worship songs and prayer, after Planned Parenthood has closed for the business day.
Hundreds of Christians gathered at TCAPP Tuesday night, singing worship songs at a service that began at 6pm, as Planned Parenthood was closing, Fox News reports. The speaker that evening was Ryan Bomberger, who founded the pro-life Radiance Foundation and who was conceived in rape.
Planned Parenthood is arguing that TCAPP is making noise that is disruptive and intimidating to its clients, Fox News said. The abortion provider claims that the church is in violation of a regulation passed by the Spokane City Council in March, after TCAPP began holding services. According to the brief filed, the police have done nothing about the nuisance because they "are on the side of the church," Fox News reported.
“It's really, really frustrating and should not be allowed to happen, when the laws are very clear in Washington state and the city of Spokane about interference with health care facilities,” a Planned Parenthood spokesman Paul Dillon told Crosscut. “It’s extremely unnerving for the patients.”
Pointing out the monthly services begin after Planned Parenthood is shut, and that the services could be held even later in the evening, TCAPP Pastor Ken Peters told Fox News: "We are bringing attention to the fact that they are killing life for money. That's what they don't like. That's what they're suing us for. We are shining a light for the Lord and on their sin and that's why they hate us."
