(Worthy News) - Last week, vandals who wrote 'Allah Akbar' on a church's walls in Tizi-Ouzou, Algerian, also stole its congregation's cash.

According to Morning Star News, in addition to proclaiming that their "god was great," the thieves made off with church furniture, musical instruments, a sound system and about $8,000(US) from the Light Church.

But Light Church has been violated before. In January 2010, a group of would-be arsonists tried to burn the building down, but instead damaged some Bibles and a cross. And in 2009, local Muslims attempted to disrupt a worship service with taunts and threats. Although police restored order, they took no action against the Islamist provocateurs.
