ABUJA (Worthy News)-- The Nigerian Federal Government has been urged to rebuild the churches that were razed by Boko Haram during its attacks in the northern part of the nation, according to All Africa.
Daniel Kazai, the national coordinator of the Christian Association of Nigeria, asked the government to rebuild all the places of worship destroyed by Islamic terrorists and to compensate the victims of Boko Haram's ongoing insurgency.
"While sympathizing and condoling with the families of the victims of terror in Nigeria, we strongly call on the Federal Government under the leadership of President Goodluck Jonathan to -- as a matter of priority -- consider the resettlement of all Internally Displaced Persons affected by the insurgency in the north.
"We also implore the President to pursue the release of the abducted Chibok girls as well as the other recently abducted."
